We give our clients peace of mind when it comes to organizing wellness days.  By mobilizing key service providers that gets results, and micromanaging all events from start to finish, we are able to ensure that our team of professionals arrive on time and provide the best service to your employees!

Wellness Retreats

We will work with you to design a retreat experience that will give the hard-working people you depend on a new path to lifelong wellness. From stress management workshops to nutritional guidance, from relaxing massage to invigorating hikes.  White Light Wellness helps you take beautiful care of your most important asset – your employees.

Health/Wellness Fairs

Our corporate health fair program was created to benefit the employers by offering employees the opportunity to take a proactive role in their own wellness.  Over a few fun and interactive hours, employees get the opportunity to visit multiple health/wellness professionals across a range of modalities.  Our health fairs run smoothly and exceeds expectations, so you can engage your team and impact their health! White Light Wellness is here to provide every aspect of putting on a full Health and Wellness event for your employees and staff.  

Workshops/Seminars

Health and well-being information seminars/workshops are already planned and designed for corporate groups with topics that include but are not limited to: Nutrition, Stress Management, Personal Development, Chakra Balancing, Staying Active in an Office Environment, Meditation, Holistic Healing Modalities, and more.  Seminars can also be tailored to your group’s specific interests or concerns.

Onsite Reiki Treatments

Allow us to introduce Reiki in your workplace, in order to improve and enhance your working environment. Work related stress is one of the biggest causes for sick leave. Reiki provides energy healing services to employees and employers in the workplace.  Offering Reiki healing on a regular basis will increase the vitality, energy and well- being of you and your staff.  Reduce stress and boost employee morale. 

Onsite Yoga & Meditation Classes

By implementing a yoga into your corporate health and wellbeing program, you and your employees will leave each and every session feeling refreshed and restored and better able to deal with the pressures of today’s workplace.

 

Guided group meditation sessions offer employees some time out to reset and recharge. Return to work with a clearer mind and renewed focus.
