Angelic Yoga takes you on a journey to meet with the Archangels.  Each Angelic yoga class is unique, in this class we will journey to meet Archangel Michael, The Warrior Angel.   We will invoke his presence so you may feel and know his essence and we will learn how you can call upon him for guidance and protection. In this class I will be offering Yoga poses and a guided meditation.  The class will be recorded and will be sent to all that signed up so you may refer back to the class and journey with AA Michael.  ** OPEN TO ALL LEVELS**

What is Required? A space to practice yoga, a yoga mat, blocks and blankets (if you have, but not mandatory). Wear comfortable clothing.  Come prepared with an open heart and mind.
